2. What we process

Visiting the website

When you open this website our hosting provider processes technically necessary connection data: IP address, time of access, requested URL, HTTP status, transferred data volume, referrer, and browser and operating-system identifiers. This data is processed in server logs to deliver the pages, defend against attacks and analyse errors, and is deleted after a short period. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and functioning service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Contact form and email

When you use the contact form we process your name, email address, optionally your company name, your message, the path of the page from which you sent the request, and the time of the request. We use this information only to answer your request and to prepare a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or on the basis of our legitimate interest in handling enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The request is transmitted over an encrypted connection to Make (make.com, a Celonis company) as the webhook automation service, EU data region, which forwards each request to the Google Gmail mailbox aa.asavoaie@gmail.com and stored there. We delete requests 30 days, unless statutory retention obligations require otherwise. The content of your request is not written to application logs; only a random request identifier is recorded there.

Protection against automated requests (Cloudflare Turnstile)

Cloudflare Turnstile may be used to protect the contact form from abuse. Your browser then loads a script from Cloudflare, and Cloudflare processes technical characteristics of your browser and your IP address to detect automated access. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in preventing spam and abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3. Recipients and processors

• Hosting, logging and abuse protection: Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA (Cloudflare Workers, Workers Logs, Turnstile). A data processing agreement is in place with Cloudflare; transfers to the USA rely on the EU standard contractual clauses and the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
• Delivery and storage of contact requests: Make (make.com, a Celonis company) as the webhook automation service, EU data region, which forwards each request to the Google Gmail mailbox aa.asavoaie@gmail.com.

4. Cookies, tracking and browser storage

This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking services, and stores no data in your browser. Language and presentation are determined only by the address you open. Fonts are served from our own server.

5. Retention

Connection data is kept only as long as secure operation requires. Contact requests are deleted once their purpose is fulfilled and at the latest after the period stated above, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

6. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21 GDPR). To exercise them, contact aa.asavoaie@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the member state of your habitual residence, place of work or the place of the alleged infringement.

7. Obligation to provide data

Using the contact form is voluntary. Without a name, email address and message we cannot answer a request.
